Biography of Paul Townsend

  Paul Townsend was born in Winnepeg, Manitoba, the son of Danny-Lloyde and Mary Townsend. His family moved to Middleton, Nova Scotia two years later.

When Paul Was about 8 years old his grandmother, Ruth Moore, gave him his first paint set and easel. Over the next few years, through her constant encouragement and praise, Paul developed a real passion for painting, and the arts in general.

Paul attended school at Herzing College in Winnepeg, where he achieved honors in the Web and Print Production course.
Paul's education allowed him to learn essential tools to work in various viable and marketable media. Course highlights included the Adobe Creative suite, Alias(formerly) Maya 6.5, html, Javascript , Macromedia Flash, Microsoft Word,and Powerpoint.
Paul continues to develop his skills in all areas of his education, but prefers to work in the 3d media.

  In his spare time Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and son, creating 3d models in Maya, building his plastic models, and various other hobbies.
